Mr. José Antonio Galilea

Committee Member and Board Director

Agricultural Engineer. Former Minister of Agriculture of Chile. Agricultural entrepreneur, academic, consultant, and director of several companies and industry associations, including the National Agricultural Society (SNA), the main agricultural guild in Chile. He served as a parliamentarian for 16 years, participating in Agriculture, Economy, and Finance committees.

José has been working with Agrocapital since 2014, leading the company’s development and actively participating in the committees that create solutions for our clients.

Mr. Teodoro Wigodski

Committee Member and Board Director

Civil Engineer with 4 degrees and 17 postgraduate qualifications. Specialized in strategic management, corporate governance, and free competition. Academic, consultant, and director of several companies, including agricultural ones. He worked as General Manager at Leasing Andino S.A. and Regional Manager at Banco de Chile.

Teodoro has been working with Agrocapital since 2014, leading the company’s development and actively participating in the committees that generate solutions for our clients.

Mr. Rodrigo Donoso

Committee Member, Board Director and Comercial VP

Fruit Grower, company director, and banker who led and innovated with various strategies, notably as General Manager at EuroAmerica Financial Services and in the launch of the Banco Edwards branch network.

Rodrigo has been working with Agrocapital since 2021, leading the commercial strategy and actively participating in advisory services.

Mr. Benjamín Barros

Committee Member, Board Director and AgriBusiness VP

Agricultural Engineer and Master in AgriBusiness. Director of agricultural companies, National councilor to the National Agricultural Society (SNA), and partner in a fruit-growing company. Former economic advisor to the Ministry of Agriculture. Experience in banking.

Benjamín has been working with Agrocapital since 2014, leading the company’s operations and providing direction and advisory services in AgriBusiness.

Mr. Guillermo Pino

Negotiator

Banker, business advisor, entrepreneur, and businessman, recognized for founding non-bank leasing companies and serving as General Manager in one of them. He has a deep understanding of the national banking and non-banking markets.

Guillermo has been working with Agrocapital since 2016, serving as an advisor and financial negotiator, specializing in complex financial matters.

Mr. Ernesto De Blasis

Senior Analyst

Agricultural Engineer and Master in AgriFood Business Management, graduated with two distinctions. Parallel to his studies, he gained experience working with fruit exporters and agro-industrial processing plants, focusing on data analysis, management, and corporate governance.

Ernesto has been working at Agrocapital since 2023 as a Senior Analyst, where he has successfully handled Due Diligence processes and advisory services for family businesses.
